|
Both individual persons and legal entities can be investors of the Fund.
If you made decision to become an investor of Corporate investment fund «Pilot-Portfolio», it is necessary for You:
1.To address (visit, call or contact by e-mail) to one of the offices of Agent on placing of shares of the Fund:

Our managers on placing of shares of the Fund will inquire from You information on the amount of shares You want to purchase, and will inform You of a current value of shares of the Fund and date of the next placing of shares of the Fund (14th and 28th day of every month).
2. For registration by the managers of necessary documents related to acquisition of shares of the Fund, You should give originals (to an office) or copies (scanned, by fax or e-mail) of the following documents:
Individual person:
- passport;
- identification code certification;
- at presence of account current in the national currency of Ukraine – a copy of certificate from the bank with the requisites;
- at presence of account of saver of securities – a copy of certificate with the requisites;
- passport of wife (husband);
- identification code certification of wife (husband).
If Your husband (wife) will not have a possibility to arrive together with you to our offices for signing of the documents at the date of placing of shares of the Fund, You should register by a notary his (her) consent on investment before signing of the documents. You can get a form of such consent and contacts of a notary recommended from our managers.
Legal entity:
- a copy of certificate on the state registration, certified by a notary;
- copies of the statutes and amendments (additions) to it, certified by a notary;
- document, confirming appointment of officials, who have the right to act on behalf of a legal entity without the Power of Attorney;
- original of the Power of Attorney, if authorized person acts under the Power of Attorney on behalf of a legal entity;
- passport and identification code certification of an official or authorized representative (person signing the documents);
- certificate from the bank with the requisites of account current in the national currency of Ukraine;
- certificate from saver with the requisites of account in securities (if present);
- a copy of certificate on registration of a taxpayer – form No. 4-OÏÏ;
- a copy of the license (issued by the State Commission of securities and stock market) for realization of professional activity in the equity market (if present), certified by a notary.
IMPORTANT! If you do not have account of saver of securities, inform of it our managers, and they will register the documents necessary to open such account.
3. If you do not have account current in the national currency of Ukraine, you should open such account in the bank You chose, and inform our managers on the requisites of such account before signing of the documents related to acquisition of shares of the Fund.
4. At the date of placing of shares of the Fund (14th and 28th day of every month) You and Your husband (wife) should visit our manager in an office and sign the documents concerned with acquisition of shares of the Fund.
- application on acquisition of shares of the Fund;
- contract of purchase-sale of securities;
- questionnaire of investor;
- documents on opening of account of saver of securities.
You should have the originals of all documents described above, and for legal entity - a seal.
5. Within five working days from the moment of signing of the contract on purchase-sale of securities, you should address to the bank, where You have opened account and to realize cashless payment for shares of the Fund from account current in the national currency of Ukraine.
6. Within seven working days from the moment of entry of Your moneys to account of the Fund, we will include shares of the Fund belonging to you on Your account of saver of securities.
Extract of saver from account in securities will be a confirmation of Your property right on shares of the Fund.
In the secondary market:
Shares of the Fund are included into PFTS listing (First fund trade system). Liquidity of shares of the Fund in the secondary market is supported by a stockjobber LLC «Fund Company Pilot», from which you can purchase shares. |
