Investment funds - Joint Investment Institutions (JII)
Under buy-out term of JII:
Open ones – constant buy-out of JII at the cost of net assets of JII;
Interval ones – buy-out of JII after the end of a defined period of time (e.g. quarter, year);
Close ones – buy-out of JII after the end of the term of fund existence.
Herewith any fund has the right to constantly buy-out JII, if it is provided for by the Statute.
Under diversification requirements:
Diversified ones – JII whose assets meet the defined requirements of SCSSM; AMs are responsible for observance of these requirements;
Non-diversified (venture) ones – JII which have the right to invest without taking into account of all the limitations except the one - 50% of their assets have to consist of securities and corporate rights. |
