| History of the first placement |
|
Open Joint-Stock Company «Closed non-diversified Corporate investment fund «Pilot-Portfolio» informs that:
The first shares placement was carried out on January 14, 2008.
Shares of the fund were placed at a nominal value of 1000 UAH per one share.
Shares are placed to the amount, sufficient for recognition of the fund by the State commission on securities and stock market, meeting requirements to the minimum volume of securities of investment fund.
At present time the work on recognition of Corporative investment fund «Pilot-Portfolio» the State commission on securities and stock market carries out by Management Company of the Fund (Asset Management «Kaskad-Invest» in accordance with the current legislation.
In connection with declaration by stockholders on holding of general meeting of stockholders of the fund on February 26, 2008, placement of shares of the fund has been temporally ceased.
The next date of reception of requests for acquisition of shares of the fund is February 28, 2008. The cost of shares of the fund, on which shares placement will be carried, should be defined at the day of placement.
