LLC «AM «KASKAD-INVEST» successfully manages private investment funds assets of corporate clients.
On the data available of December 2007, there are six private investment funds in management of «AM «KASKAD-INVEST», the volume of assets of such funds in management of the company amounts to 41,6 milllion UAH (~ 8,24 million USD).
Securities, the market of which demonstrate the most considerable and stable growth are the basic directions of investments for these funds.
Assets of the Fund are also invested in real estate, corporate rights of enterprises, a business of which as evaluated by a company can be capitalized, precious metals. Along with securities, corporate rights and real estate, funds moneys are placed on deposit accounts in banking institutions on the most profitable terms for their rapid turn and increase.
Perfected technology of asset management of investment funds, successful and effective investment work of team of the Fund group «PILOT CAPITAL» formed a clear persuasion on the possibility of entering the public market with an offer for every interested person to become a participant of investment fund.
In order that investment became available to a wide circle of people, we have registered Corporate investment fund «PILOT-PORTFOLIO» and realized registration of its shares issue with a size of emission amounting to 70 million UAH (~ 13,86 million USD).
According to the normative requirements, owned capital of the LLC «AM «KASKAD-INVEST» is sufficient for management of the public funds assets, a size of which can amount to 18 million dollars.
