In October 1994 the first company of the future holding was registered. The purpose of LLC «Fund Center» was to provide high-quality service to the stock market of Ukraine.

    LLC «Fund Company Pilot» was registered. LLC «Fund Company Pilot» is a licensed stock trader, it’s been proceeding during all the period of the company existing. It deals with different customers, with the residents of Ukraine as well as with the foreign investors. Now there are some new projects in the company involving foreign investments in the economy of Ukraine.

    As a result of the negative influence made on Ukrainian stock market by the world financial crisis of 1998, the decision was made to apply a new kind of business such as fuels and lubricants trading. So in April 1998 LLC «Company Alpina» was registered. Now the company is a leader at the oil product market in Zaporozhye region. The company has 7 filling stations, a railway branch and a liquid railway terminal.

    The asset management company of Dnepropetrovsk was purchased (LLC «AM «Kaskad-Iinvest» in February 2007; advising company LLC «Pilot Capital» was registered in March 2007) for the support of the new investment projects of the stock group dealing with procurement of the foreign capital to the economy of Ukraine.
