JSC «Donbassenergo» published official report for the 4th quarter of 2007.

According to report, net profit for the year 2007 made up 5.26 mln. USD, compared to the loss in 2006 of 0.78 mln. USD.

Net profit of the company in 2007 made up 1, 92,83 mln. USD, which is 6.9% (18.83 mln. USD) more, compared to that figure in 2006. EBITDA index (compared to that of 2006) increased by 3.84 mln. USD and made up 32,73 (in comparison with 28,89 mln. in 2006).

Own capital of the generating company increased by 10,77 mln. USD and made up 187,52 mln. USD. Total assets of the company at the end of 2007 made up 480,45 mln. USD.

JSC «Donbassenergo» is one of the 5 Ukrainian companies that generate energy using thermal stations. It includes Starobyshevskaya and Slavyanskaya thermal generating stations. Total rated capacity of power stations makes up at present 2,655 MW.
