The Antimonopoly Committee has allowed three individuals to purchase a combined 25 percent stake in Metalurg Bank, based in Zaporizhzhya, according to the AMC press-service.
The group of three Ukrainian citizens includes Valeriy Kulyk, Yuriy Velyky, and Oleksandr Omelchenko.
UNIAN reference: Metalurg bank was founded in 1993. As of March 31, 2008, its statutory fund stood at 19.55 million. In the first quarter of 2008, it posted a net profit of 249,000 hryvnias.
As of April 1, 2008, Metalurg’s primary shareholders included AK Metalurg with a direct participation of 22.24 percent; Larysa Nosyk with a direct participation of 44 percent and indirect participation of 22.24 percent; Anatoliy Bilka with a direct participation of 14.39 percent and Oleksandr Lysenko with a direct participation of 11.34 percent.
