VAT Krymgaz’s ordinary registered shares have completed the listing procedure and have been included in the tier II PFTS list (ticker – KRGZ), according to the PFTS press-service web-site. UNIAN reference: VAT Krymgaz holds a monopoly on gas transportation and gas supplies in Crimea, selling gas at regulated tariffs. According to the Agency for Stock Market Infrastructure Development, as of Jan. 1, 2005, NAK Naftogaz of Ukraine controlled 48.99 percent of Krymgaz, DAO Chornomornaftogaz owned 15.45 percent, and U.S.-based Future Energetic Technologies Inc. held 8.01 percent.
