Documents, need for registration:
- for stockholders – passport (other document, established identity);
- for representatives of stockholders – passport (other document), letter of attorney, executed in accordance with the norms of current legislation.
The basic questions, chosen for the agenda, are as follows:
- Amendment of changes into documents of Corporate investment fund «Pilot-Portfolio».
- Approval of Regulation on the Supervisory board of the Fund. Approval of personal staff of the Supervisory board of the Fund.
- On transfer of authority of stockholders meeting to the Supervisory board of the Fund.
- Reports on work of the Fund in 2007.
- Approval of working plans of the Fund in 2008.
